November PLANK CHALLENGE

Blackstone Fit's 30 Day Plank Challenge is back!!  From Day 1, you will strengthen your core and build up your endurance. Each day is minutes or less so everyone can find the time to do it.  The plank is a bodyweight exercise that requires NO EQUIPMENT and strengthens your core, glutes, back, quads, chest, shoulders, biceps, and triceps!

LEARN PROPER PLANK FORM

Proper plank form will strengthen your muscles, instead of straining them. I will teach you proper plank form.  You will learn what muscles to engage, how to keep alignment while in a plank, and what not to do.  At the end of the challenge there will be a prize...but will it be for:

           

                     -longest plank

                     -most improved plank

                    -most creative plank
